I will never retire

After graduating high school and finishing my track career in 2019, I said, "If I ever run a marathon, I'm never running again!" Throughout college, I lifted weights regularly, but never ran. One morning in 2023, after four years without running, I woke up, went outside, and spontaneously ran for 27 miles. The moment I passed 26.2 miles was one of the greatest highs I've ever experienced. I remembered that I said I would never run again. But even after finishing...I wanted more, and I realized something. I will never reach a point where I am done. Every achievement is a stepping stone for the next one, and I will always be moving forward and evolving.

Hobbies

• Reading. Favorite genres: dystopian stories because they makes me think and self-improvement books because I can learn and apply new changes to my life.
• Biking. The best part of a ride is exploring and seeing new views or just anything you encounter. I record my rides on Strava.
• Rock climbing, especially bouldering. I'm a v3-v4 climber currently.
• Going to the gym. I love lifting weights, boxing, and running.
• Teaching / mathematics. I tutor math in my free time and I loved being a TA for multiple CS courses in college.

Fun facts

• I am a twin and we have different birthdays.
• I once biked 150 Miles across Long Island, which is where I grew up.
• Every summer, I organize an annual event for my friends where we eat wings with the hottest sauces we can find.
